General Description Whole papaya, variety - Red Lady found acceptable as per our specifications are cleaned, peeled, diced using Urschel Dicer and frozen in IQF Freezer at –250C
Treatment No food additives used

Product Size Free flowing dices of the size 10X10mm dices are made from slices of semi ripe to ripe fruit, vertically cut. Since the slices are oblong not all dices will be completely uniform in shape and size.However about 75% will have two sides of required size 20% will be irregular shape due to the geometry of the fruit.
